By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video, or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media. You understand that all photography, filming, and / or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises. By purchasing a ticket to and attending the "Too Fast, Too Furious," you (the "Attendee") acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. **Assumption of Risk:** Attendee understands that attendance at the "Too Fast, Too Furious" involves potential risks including, but not limited to, injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property. Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their participation in the event. 2. **Release of Liability:** Attendee hereby releases Exclusive Events LA LLC, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arisin out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness, including death, that may be sustained by Attendee or to any property belonging to Attendee while participating in or traveling to and from the event. 3. **Indemnification：** Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Exclusive Events LA LLC from and against any and all liabilities, claims, damages, expenses (including legal fees), and losses arising out of or in any way connected with Attendee's participation in the "Too Fast, Too Furious." This includes liabilities arising from illegal activities, actions by third parties, negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault. 4. **Medical Treatment:** Attendee gives permission for representatives of Exclusive Events LA LLC to provide emergency medical treatment if necessary and agrees to be financially responsible for the cost of such treatment. 5. **Acknowledgment:** Attendee acknowledges that they have read and fully understand the terms of this Waiver of Liability and Indemnification Agreement. Attendee understands that they are giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue. Attendee acknowledges that they are agreeing to this release freely and voluntarily, without any inducement or coercion. 6. **Jurisdiction:** This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Attendee agrees that if any portion of this Agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. By purchasing a ticket, Attendee affirms that they are at least 18 years of age and fully competent to sign this Agreement.
