There are no refunds after a ticket has been purchased and q code has been provided. We are not obligated and do not agree to refund buyers if they cannot attend the event for any reason. If you are late to the event and we reached the venues capacity, there are no refunds. If the event is shut down before you make it there are no refunds it is your responsibility to assure you make it on time. We have NON refundable policy that is strictly followed under all occasions.
